Recognition is a fundamental aspect of any successful program where individuals set, work towards and achieve goals.

Venturing BSA offers high school and college age young adults with a variety of activities all geared towards achieving personal growth in a variety of areas. Venturers successfully achieving these goals are presented with appropriate awards.

Awards that can be earned by Venturers include:

- Bronze Award
- Gold Award
- Silver Award
- Ranger Award

Boy Scouts who are interested in Venturing can also continue work towards their Eagle rank (as long as they complete the requirements before the age of 18).
